Yes - The valuation of your shipment is determined based on the declared value or supporting shipping documents (e.g. invoices, receipts, bills of lading, goods receipt), whichever is lower. We highly encourage you to be honest about the value of your items to ensure that you will be fairly reimbursed for any unfortunate incidents that may occur. SC Protect covers up to $20,000 per shipment, with a $10,000 limit per item. Do not hesitate to declare the insured value of your items correctly.
