What scenarios can I file a claim for?

Subject to SC Protect Terms and Conditions below are the scenarios that you can file a claim for.

  1. Lost or damage items in shipment: Maximum limit of USD10,000.00 per item/goods or USD20,000.00 per customer for each shipment/transit/delivery.
  2. Lost or damaged shipment: Maximum limit of USD20,000.00 per customer for each shipment/transit/delivery.
  3. Late Delivery: Shipping costs of up to Php5,000.00 (or its US dollar equivalent) per customer/ticket for any one loss/occurrence if the package/item(s) does not arrive on the committed delivery date.
  4. Return to Sender: Reimbursal of shipping costs of up to Php5,000.00 per customer/ticket for any one loss/occurrence if the buyer/customer refuses to accept the goods/packages due to wrong size, defective items, or errors made by the merchants. International Return must be made within 14 days upon receipt of the goods/packages.

The claim request should be sent to ShippingCart Customer Care via email (customercare@shippingcart.com) within 15 days from shipment delivery date for cases of missing/damaged items, late delivery, return to sender.
