You can track your Japan shipments via the app as you'll receive a status update for every step of the journey

Air cargo status notifications on the app:

  1. Your shipment is packed and will be handed over to our forwarding partner.
  2. Your shipment has been accepted by our forwarding partner.
  3. The console containing your shipment has left the origin and is in-transit to the PH.
  4. Your shipment has arrived at Manila International Airport and is for BOC clearing.
  5. Your shipment has passed BOC clearing and arrived at Xorting Center for processing.
  6. The package has been sorted and bagged.
  7. Your shipment is en route to the assigned delivery hub.
