A ShippingCart order may remain in “Preparing for Shipment” if:
- Your package is still queued for processing at the warehouse
- The shipment has not been handed over to our forwarding partner
If your package status has been showing “Preparing for Shipment” for some time with no visible updates, don’t worry, our Customer Service team can help check the status for you.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
1. Your ShippingCart account number
2. Your transaction reference number or ShippingCart tracking number
3. A short description of your concern (e.g., “Order still showing as Preparing for Shipment”)
Our Customer Service team will coordinate with the warehouse team to verify the status, check if the package has already been processed or endorsed to our Forwarding partner, and provide you with an update or advise on the next steps.
