You can track your AU shipments via the app, as you'll receive a status update for every step of the journey
Air cargo status notifications on the app:
- Your shipment is packed and will be handed over to our forwarding partner.
- Your shipment has been accepted by our forwarding partner.
- The console containing your shipment has left the origin and is in-transit to the PH.
- Your shipment has arrived at Manila International Airport and is for BOC clearing.
- Your shipment has passed BOC clearing and arrived at Xorting Center for processing.
- The package has been sorted and bagged.
- Your shipment is en route to the assigned delivery hub.

Sea cargo status notifications on the app:
