After checkout, your orders will first undergo packing and consolidation before being dispatched. Please note that our warehouses have cutoff days for handing over shipments to our Forwarding partners. These cutoff schedules may vary depending on the volume of packages and the availability of flights and containers. You will receive a notification once your shipment is officially in transit.
When your shipment arrives in the Philippines, it will go through the Bureau of Customs (BOC) clearing process, which typically takes 2–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After clearance, your package will be handed over to a local courier for final delivery to your doorstep.
