Mid-mile Shipment Status Update

Updates to the Mid-Mile status for packages sent via Air Cargo and ShopDirect orders may not appear right away. Our shipment typically travels through one or more intermediary airports or hubs before arriving in the Philippines. Tracking systems only register progress when the cargo is scanned at key transit points, so it may take several days for new status updates to show up as the shipment moves through its route.

Additionally, once Air and Sea shipments arrive in the Philippines, they undergo the Bureau of Customs clearing process, which typically takes 2–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This step is required before your package can move forward to final delivery.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as these processes are part of standard international shipping. Rest assured, your package is on its way and will be delivered as soon as clearance is completed.
