I had a negative experience with the PH delivery staff. How do I submit a complaint?

If you had a problem with the PH delivery staff or any other issue with your order, our Customer Service team can assist you in filing a complaint.

You just need to send an email to  customercare@shippingcart.com.

To help us address your complaint quickly and accurately, include:

  • Your ShippingCart account number
  • The transaction reference number or ShippingCart tracking number
  • A detailed description of what happened

Any supporting evidence, such as photos, screenshots, or notes.

Our team will review the details of your complaint, investigate the issue thoroughly, and provide you with updates and inform you of any actions taken

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.
