What should I do if my package isn’t delivered on the first attempt (package already in the PH)?

If your package has already arrived in the Philippines but the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful, don’t worry, your package can still be delivered as the courier will attempt redelivery on the next business day.

Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address and that the address and contact information you provided during checkout are accurate and complete.
