What should I do if I’ve obtained an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) from the merchant/created my own prepaid shipping label?

Once you've obtained an RMA with a prepaid return shipping label from the merchant or you've created one on a courier website - please send an email to us (customercare@shippingcart.com) so that our Customer Care team can assist you. Indicate the courier tracking number of the package for Pull out/Return and we'll coordinate it to the warehouse team for processing.
