What should I do if I’ve obtained an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) from the merchant/created my own prepaid shipping label?

  1. Go to your Cart so you can choose the item for Pull Out/Return
  2. Tap on “Special Request” and select the radio button for Pull Out/Return
  3. Attach the soft copy of the RMA/Prepaid shipping label (JPG or PDF format)
  4. Make a payment for the $10 service fee to completely submit the request
