How do I track the delivery status of my goods from the online store I bought from?

The online store you purchased from (e.g. Amazon, eBay) should provide the tracking number of your package so you can track its journey to the ShippingCart warehouse. If you don’t have the tracking number, you have to contact the online store and ask for it.

If you have your tracking number, you can use it to track your package on the website of the courier (e.g. DHL, UPS, and FEDEX). If your item/s has already arrived at our warehouse, the status will reflect that it has been delivered.
