What should I do if the courier tracking shows that my package is delivered but it's not in my cart?

If the package has been marked as delivered by the courier but you do not see it in your cart within 2-5 working days, please contact ShippingCart Customer Care with the following information:

  • Courier tracking number of the package
  • Date that the package was tagged as delivered
  • Copy of the sales invoice or order details

Possible reasons why the package may not have been uploaded to your cart:

  • The name on the shipping label does not match the name you registered on your ShippingCart account
  • The shipping label does not contain your ShippingCart account number 
  • The shipping label does not contain your name
  • The shipping label got damaged in-transit (torn/removed)
  • Courier incorrectly tagged the package as delivered
  • Courier delivered the package to a different warehouse/location
  • Courier delivered the package during non-business hours (left the package outside our closed warehouse)

Once we receive your email, we will investigate the status of your package and inform you of the outcome. For packages confirmed that were not received by the warehouse, we will provide a Non-Acceptance letter that you can submit to the seller to help you get a refund/replacement for your order.

If the seller does not honor the Non-Acceptance letter, they may need to coordinate with the courier to initiate an investigation or file a claim. Please note that we are unable to contact the courier on your behalf as they will only entertain the shipper.
