If the package has been marked as delivered by the courier but you do not see it in your cart within 2-5 working days, please contact ShippingCart Customer Care with the following information:
- Courier tracking number of the package
- Date that the package was tagged as delivered
- Copy of the sales invoice or order details
Possible reasons why the package may not have been uploaded to your cart:
- The name on the shipping label does not match the name you registered on your ShippingCart account
- The shipping label does not contain your ShippingCart account number
- The shipping label does not contain your name
- The shipping label got damaged in-transit (torn/removed)
- Courier incorrectly tagged the package as delivered
- Courier delivered the package to a different warehouse/location
- Courier delivered the package during non-business hours (left the package outside our closed warehouse)
