What happens if the package shipping label does not include my ShippingCart account number?

If the online store does not allow you to encode your ShippingCart account number on the address field during checkout - we recommend that you try the following:
1. Encode your ShippingCart account number as part of your first or last name
2. Reach out to the store directly to request that they manually include it on the shipping label

If the package gets successfully delivered to our warehouse without a ShippingCart account number and there are multiple ShippingCart customers having the same exact name on our system - Your package will be placed in our temporary bin for unidentified packages. If the package does not appear in your cart within 2-5 days, please contact us via email (customercare@shippingcart.com) so we can assist you. Provide the courier tracking number of the package that you are looking for and a photo of your order details/sales invoice as proof that the package is yours so that we can transfer it to your cart.
