What happens if the package shipping label does not include my ShippingCart account number?

Your package will be placed in our temporary bin for unidentified packages. It is important to always include your ShippingCart account number during seller checkout as that's our unique identifier to ascertain package ownership. You should also ensure that you are using the same name as what you registered on your ShippingCart's account.

 

If your package was successfully delivered to our warehouse and it did not appear in your Cart within 2-5 days, please contact us via chat or email (customercare@shippingcart.com) so we can assist you
