Transfer Item from an Account to Another Account

To transfer an item from your account to another account, please send us an email at customercare@shippingcart.com using the email associated with your ShippingCart account as proof of ownership. Include the following information:
• Courier Tracking Number
• Account Number where the item is going to

If you are reaching out to request a transfer of an item on behalf of the owner, please follow these requirements:
• Courier Tracking Number
• Account Number where the item is going to
• Authorization Letter from the Owner
• Valid Government ID from both parties
