If you’ve already completed checkout but need to make changes or request for cancellation, our Customer Service team may still be able to assist, provided that the order has not been processed yet by our Warehouse team.
You may contact Customer Service to request for any of the following:
- Add more items to your order
- Change the shipment method (if eligible)
- Update the payment method used
- Request order cancellation
Approval of requests is subject to order status and eligibility.
Order modifications or cancellations are only possible before the Warehouse team starts processing your order. Once processing begins, we can no longer make changes.
To submit your request, please email our Customer Service team at: customercare@shippingcart.com, and to help us assist you quickly, please include:
1. Your ShippingCart account number
2. Your transaction number
3. The specific change or cancellation request
Our Customer Service team will check whether your order is still eligible for modification or cancellation, process the request if applicable, and update you with the outcome as soon as possible.
