How can I track my Buy-For-Me order on its way to the ShippingCart warehouse?

Our Customer Service team can help you if you placed a Buy-For-Me (BFM) order and would like to track its delivery to our warehouse. Currently the only origin that's offering Buy-For-Me service is Japan.

Once your Buy-For-Me order has been purchased and shipped by the merchant, a courier tracking number is usually available. If you’re unable to see the tracking details in your cart, you may contact us directly.

You may request the courier tracking number by sending an email to: customercare@shippingcart.com

To help us assist you faster, please include the following details in your message:
1. Your ShippingCart account number
2. Your Buy-For-Me order number
3. The store or merchant name (if available)

What will Customer Service provide?

Our Customer Service team will check the status of your Buy-For-Me order, provide the courier tracking number (if already available), and confirm whether your order is already en route to the warehouse.
