For requests to remove the shoebox, send us an email (customercare@shippingcart.com) to provide the courier tracking number. This request can only be done if the package is still in your cart and checkout has not happened yet.
The service fee for this request is $5 so we'll send you a PayPal invoice link for it. Once settled, we will coordinate the request with our warehouse team for processing. Once the request is completed, you will be updated on the same email ticket.
