For requests to place items back inside the same courier box they arrived in, send us an email (customercare@shippingcart.com) to provide the courier tracking number. This request can only be done if the package is still in your cart and checkout has not happened yet.
The service fee for this request is $5 so we'll send you a PayPal invoice link for it. Once settled, we will coordinate the request with our warehouse team for processing. Once the request is completed, you will be updated on the same email ticket.
Keep in mind that this request will increase the originally encoded dimensions and weight which will have an impact on your shipping cost during checkout. If the original courier box has been discarded, our warehouse team will select an appropriately sized box for your items. Processing time for this request is within 24-48 hours. If the request was submitted when the warehouse is closed (weekends and national holidays in the origin country), it will be processed on the next working day.
