Shipping fees are computed based on the following formulas:
AIR CARGO = Chargeable Weight (whichever is higher between Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight) x USD6.99 + USD12
AIR CARGO SPECIAL HANDLING* = Chargeable Weight (whichever is higher between Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight) x USD11.99 + USD12
SEA CARGO = Volumetric weight (Length x Width x Height / 166) x USD1.75 + USD12
* A fixed handling fee of USD12.00 is added to your shipping fee upon checkout.
* When a package requiring special handling is consolidated with regular packages, the rate for Air Cargo Special Handling shall apply for the entire consolidated shipment (only for air cargo).
* We will apply the minimum chargeable weight if the package’s actual and volumetric weight is less than 1 lb for Air Cargo and the volumetric weight of a 12x12x12-inch box (which translates to 10.41 lbs) for US, Japan, and Korea Sea Cargo.
For Australia Sea Cargo, the minimum chargeable volumetric weight is based on a 13x13x13-inch box, which translates to 13.23 lbs.
