Which countries are included in this service?
The service applies to air shipments from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and South Korea.

What does the $15 fixed rate cover?
The rate includes all air shipping fees, PH duties and taxes, with no hidden costs.

Are there any additional charges?
No, the $15 fee is all-inclusive for packages that qualify under the fixed-rate service.

Can I use the fixed-rate service for any type of item?
The service is generally available for most items that do not require special handling or are not classified as oversized.

Can I use my promo code for the fixed rate service?
Yes, you may use promo codes for the fixed rate service.

 

B. Package Eligibility

Is there a weight limit for the fixed-rate service?
Yes, it applies only to a single package weighing 2 lbs or less (chargeable weight)

What happens if my package weighs slightly over 2 lbs or has a dimension above 20 inches?
The package will not qualify for the fixed rate and will be charged based on standard air shipping rates of ShippingCart.

Can I ship multiple items together under the fixed rate?
No. The fixed rate will only apply on checkout if you are shipping a single package that weighs 2 lbs or less (chargeable weight) with dimensions of 20 inches and below (any side) via air cargo.

Is the service available for all types of shipments?
It is available for air shipments only that do not require special handling or exceed size restrictions.

Can I ship oversized or bulky items using the fixed-rate service?
No, oversized or bulky items do not qualify for the fixed-rate service and will incur standard shipping charges.

 

C. Service Restrictions

Is the fixed rate applicable to all customers?
Yes, it is available to all ShippingCart customers shipping from eligible countries.

Are there any size restrictions for the fixed-rate service?
The package must not be oversized and should fit within standard dimensions for 2 lbs shipments (chargeable weight)

What items are excluded from the fixed-rate service?
Off-size, items requiring special handling and packages over 2 lbs (chargeable weight) are excluded.

Is this service available during peak seasons?
No, this promotional service is available from November 6, 2024 to February 28, 2025 only.

 

D. Tracking & Delivery

How do I track my package under the fixed-rate service?
You can track your shipment through the ShippingCart website or app as usual.

How long will delivery take under the fixed-rate service?
Delivery times are standard and depend on the country of origin, but generally fall within the usual international shipping times.

Will I receive delivery notifications?
Yes, you will receive updates via in-app notification, email or SMS.

Does the fixed-rate service include door-to-door delivery?
Yes, the service includes nationwide delivery within the Philippines.

Can I choose my delivery method under the fixed-rate service?
Fixed rate service is only available for air shipments.

 

E. Payment & Refunds

How will I know that the fixed rate applied to my transaction?
Prior to completing checkout, you will see that the shipping cost for the transaction is the fixed rate at $15.

Is the $15 fixed rate refundable if I cancel my shipment?

Yes, but you should ensure the package meets the 2 lbs (chargeable weight) requirement and dimensions should be 20 inches or below (any side).

Is there a minimum value required to use the fixed rate?
No, there is no minimum value; only the weight and dimension limit applies.

Can I combine packages to qualify for the fixed rate?
No, the service is for a single package only and does not apply to consolidated packages.

Does the fixed rate cover insurance?
No, insurance must be purchased separately if desired upon checkout.

What happens if my item is mismeasured and exceeds 2 lbs or 20 inches?
You can submit an app request so that we can reweight and remeasure your package prior to checkout.

Can I use the fixed-rate service for fragile items?
Yes, but extra care should be taken in packaging, as the rate does not include special handling. Just in case you wish to add more protection to your item you can submit an app request for fragile packaging prior to checkout.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes separately?
No, all customs duties and taxes are included in the $15 fixed rate unless additional fees are incurred upon international customs clearance in the destination country. ShippingCart Customer Care will reach out to you via email for any additional fees incurred.

How does ShippingCart calculate the weight of my package?
The weight is calculated using standard industry practices and verified by ShippingCart’s dimensioning equipment.
