What do I do if an item remains in my Cart after checkout?

If an item still appears in your Cart after you have checked out, you can contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

To do this:

  1. Send an email to customercare@shippingcart.com.

  2. Include the following information to help us assist you quickly:

    • Your ShippingCart account number

    • The courier tracking number of the item and its description

Our team will review your request and help resolve the issue with the leftover item in your Cart.
