What should I do if I have a request for an item in my cart?

Since you won't be able to submit the following requests via our new app temporarily:

  • Fragile packaging
  • Pull out/Return
  • Additional photos
    • Item photos are blurred
    • No photo of actual items
    • Items are incomplete based on photo upload
  • Remeasure
  • Dispose an item
