What should I do if I have a request for an item in my cart?

Temporarily, you will not be able to submit a request for additional photos via our new app for the following cases: 

  • Blurred item photos

  • No photo of the actual items

  • Incomplete items based on photo upload

  • Photo of the shipping label

  • Photo showing the dimensions
