Will my items get packed in a pouch?

Our warehouses carefully assess whether items are suitable for pouch or box packaging to ensure that we are able to transport them safely. This advisory can be seen on our checkout page for transparency.

You can request for Fragile packaging via our app if you need your items bubble wrapped or you can also request to have your items returned inside the courier box by sending us an email (customercare@shippingcart.com). Both are chargeable requests and please take note that the encoded dimensions and weight of your item may be revised if these are requested.
