We are happy to share with you that we will be moving our US warehouse to Oregon so that you can enjoy shopping within the US tax free. Beginning today, you’ll be able to see our Oregon warehouse address on the app and you can have your packages shipped at our tax-free warehouse.
As we move forward with our exciting operations at the Oregon warehouse, we are formally announcing that we will be closing our Hayward warehouse in the next few weeks.
How will I see the Oregon warehouse address on the app?
- You can view the address of our Oregon warehouse in the ShippingCart app under the “Warehouses” section on the home page.
What is the difference between delivering items to the Oregon and Hayward warehouses?
- No sales tax will apply to your order when you use our Oregon warehouse as your delivery address during seller checkout.
Can I still ship packages to your Hayward warehouse?
- We encourage you to use the Oregon warehouse address as the last day of package acceptance for our Hayward warehouse is on November 11, 2022 PST.
Will there be changes in package acceptance and item processing at the Oregon warehouse?
- No, our process for package acceptance and item processing will remain the same.
What shipping methods are available for items delivered to the Oregon warehouse?
- You can choose between Air and Sea cargo as your shipping method for items delivered to the Oregon warehouse.
What is the delivery turnaround time after I’ve completed checkout for my items in the Oregon warehouse?
- The delivery turnaround time for Air cargo is 20 days
- The delivery turnaround time for Sea cargo is 75 days
Will there be changes to your US shipping rates for air and sea cargo?
- No, our shipping rate for US air and sea cargo will remain the same.
