What is the new ShippingCart Australia warehouse address?
Starting February 16, 2026, all customers should send their items to our new warehouse address: Unit 40, 191 McCredie Rd, Smithfield, NSW 2164, Australia.

What is the old ShippingCart Australia warehouse address?
Our previous address was Unit 12, 77 Newton Road, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia.

Why is ShippingCart moving to a different warehouse address?
We are moving to a new facility to support improved operations and better service for our customers.

When can I start sending my parcels to the new address?
You may start sending items to the new ShippingCart warehouse starting February 16, 2026. The new address will be reflected in the app by February 10, 2026.

Can I still send items to the old address?
Items shipped to our old warehouse address will still be accepted until February 25, 2026. For deliveries after February 25, 2026 - items will be refused and returned to the shipper. Please contact the shipper to coordinate the delivery schedule of your incoming packages.

What happens to parcels delivered to the old warehouse after February 25, 2026?
Deliveries to the old warehouse address after February 25, 2026 may not be accepted and may be returned to sender or handled according to the courier/merchant's policy.

Will this affect my existing incoming parcels or orders?
No major impact is expected. However, If your order is scheduled to be delivered close to the transition period, we recommend updating your shipping address to the new warehouse as soon as it becomes available in the app (February 10, 2026).

Do I need to update my shipping address on Amazon/eBay/other online stores?
Yes. Customers should update their saved ShippingCart warehouse address on any shopping sites (e.g., Amazon AU, eBay, etc.) to ensure parcels go directly to the new location.

I already placed an order using the old address. What should I do?

  • If your order has not shipped yet:
    Update the address immediately in the merchant/shop account (if possible)
  • If your order already shipped:
    It may still be accepted at the old warehouse until Feb 25, 2026.
    If the delivery date is after February 25, 2026 - Please contact the shipper to coordinate the new warehouse address.

Will my ShippingCart warehouse account number/customer ID change?
No. Your customer identification details remain the same. Only the physical warehouse address is changing.

How do I make sure my parcel is received correctly?

  • To avoid issues:

    Use the new address starting Feb 10, 2026
    Ensure your complete ShippingCart address details are included (Unit number, street, suburb, postcode) including your ShippingCart account number.
    Keep your tracking number saved

Will there be delays during the transition?
We do not expect major delays, but some minor adjustments may occur during the move. To avoid any inconvenience, send all new orders to the new warehouse address as early as possible.
