Since your ShopDirect order is covered by SC Protect, you can file a claim for the damaged/missing item. Just send us an email (customercare@shippingcart.com) and our Customer Care team will assist you. Please take note that the claim request should be sent within 15 days from shipment delivery date and there will be requirements asked from your end.
