Yes, our last day of package acceptance for UK warehouse is on September 1, 2025 BST.
What will happen if the scheduled delivery date of my UK package is after September 1, 2025 BST?
For deliveries after September 1, 2025 BST - the package will be refused and returned to the shipper. Please contact the shipper to coordinate the delivery schedule of your incoming packages.
What if I received a notification that my package was delivered to UK warehouse before September 1, 2025 BST but I don’t see it in my UK cart?

What will happen to my items in the UK warehouse?
Your active items at UK warehouse will still appear in your UK cart up until September 15, 2025 BST.
When is the last day that I can check out my active items from UK warehouse?
The last day that you can ship out your active items from our UK warehouse is on September 15, 2025 BST.
Is there a way to transfer my UK items to another ShippingCart warehouse (e.g., US or AU)?
No, cross-warehouse transfers are not supported. You must ship out your active items in your UK cart on or before September 15, 2025 BST.
What will happen to active items in my UK cart that I haven’t shipped by September 15, 2025 BST?
Unshipped items will be cleared from your UK cart after the warehouse closes on September 16, 2025 BST.
Will I be able to track the status of my UK shipment?
Yes, you can track the status of your UK shipment by going to the Shipments section of the ShippingCart app.
Will I still be able to access my UK cart after September 15, 2025 BST?
No, the UK warehouse address along with your UK cart will be removed from the ShippingCart app on September 16, 2025 BST.
Can I still use ShippingCart for shipments from other countries?
Yes, our other warehouses (US, AU, Japan, Korea) remain fully operational. You can continue to shop and ship from these locations without interruption.
With the UK warehouse closing, how can I continue ordering from UK and EU online stores?
You can still shop from your favorite UK and EU stores by using our US and AU warehouse address at checkout. Once your package is delivered to our warehouse, it will be processed and uploaded to your cart, where you can proceed to ship it to your address in the Philippines.
