A COC (Certificate of Cover) is proof of insurance coverage for a specific shipment. It includes details of the items you shipped via SC app and is assigned a unique control reference number. Shipments covered by SC Protect will have an assigned COC number once in-transit. To download a copy of your COC, open the SC app and view your shipments covered by SC Protect.
