What is a Pull Out/Return request?

This request is submitted to process an item return to the merchant or to have the item delivered to a different address within the same country where it's stored (warehouse origin).

Below are the reasons for Pull Out/Return requests:

  • Item shipped to our warehouse is prohibited
  • Merchant sent an incorrect item (wrong item/color/quantity/size)
  • Merchant sent a damaged item
