What if my payment was successful but my Pull Out/Return request did not pass validation?

Your Pull Out/Return request did not pass validation as the RMA/Prepaid shipping label you’ve attached did not follow the required format (JPG or PDF) or what you’ve sent us is incorrect. The Customer Care Team will reach out to you via email within 24 hours so that you can send us what we need and we’ll modify the attachment on our end.
