What happens when I Submit a Ticket in the app?

Using the Submit a Ticket feature lets you forward a request directly to our Warehouse Team for the following concerns:

  • The photo is blurred
  • The item is not shown, only the box or the packaging
  • Encoded dimensions does not reflect actual measurement on photo uploaded
  • Dispose item
