Yes, you can submit a request for pre-order items but it does not guarantee 100% that we will be able to purchase it. There are cases wherein the order was placed successfully but the seller still cancelled it as the item went out of stock during the announced launch date. For cases like this, ShippingCart Customer Care team will reach via email to update you on the status of the Buy-For-Me request.
